You'd have thought Sullivan would have asked for some plastic towers at the entrance. Sums him up. Pretentious little man who does everything half arsed.

I can confirm what Glen Rodent says of Rush Green having been there myself recently.
Your first impression is almost of a prefabricated building bolted onto the side of a 1920's football stand. The entrance and car park area look more like some sort of council depot.
However the facilities I would describe as adequate, fit for purpose but somewhat underwhelming.

The first few photos on this link are images of Rush Green. Just to add, the external building images are not what is there now. They have all had a face lift with white cladding and look modern, matching the internal photos.

I am not going to say why, but I have visited the Rush Green training ground on several occassions this year and last.
I had access all areas and so have been in the inner sanctum of the training ground.
I can honestly say the images that have been uploaded are terrible and what is being portrayed gives a false and negative spin on the place.
Granted, the training ground is a million miles away from Many City, Spurs etc but it credit where credit is due, it is a huge upgrade to the old porta cabin shit heap of the old Chadwell Heath site (before the upgrade) and is more than adequate for the 1st team needs.
It looks like a nothing place from the road and the main car park area is very ugly. But when you get beyond that, the place transforms. The walk ways have been landscaped, the pitches are private and in a fantastic condition and internally it has everything the players need. The gym, player & staff areas, canteen and offices are great.
Like I say, it isn't a 10/10 training ground, it is on the small side, but it isn't bad. To be honest, the training ground is the last of the clubs worries.

Didn't the cunts re-mortgage our training facilities a few years ago? I would assume they used the money raised to pay for the piss-poor refurb. If true, once again no actual monetary commitment from the oxygen thieves.

Yep, the training ground / facilities are a symbol of how professionally run we are and a measure of both the owners commitment to the football side of the business they own and / or their understanding of it.
A true indictment of Sullivan, Gold and Brady

London = Greatest city on Earth
West Ham London = Greatest cheapskate scam to try and link itself to what's great about London.
That biker bod on Watchdog would have FIELD day on this mob and what they are trying to portray whilst not delivering to the fans OR the tax payer after getting THEMSELVES a top deal.
